The hotel's terms and conditions

Telephone reservation

A room reserved by phone must be confirmed with our hotel 48 hours before arrival, failing which the reservation will be cancelled. Rooms reserved by phone are held until 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of arrival after 2:00 p.m., we accept it as a written order, with bank card/credit card details provided.

Not phone reservations

Rooms confirmed in writing will be provided to our dear Guests until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Of course, it is also possible to arrive later, but please let us know in advance, otherwise reservations will be deleted from our system after 18:00.

Child discounts

• 0-6 years old, if staying in the same room as the parents, free of charge.
• If the child is over 6 years old and stays in the same room as the parents, the fee for the extra bed must be paid (HUF 6,200/person/room/night).

Family friendly

Our hotel welcomes families with small children with cots, baby bathtubs and high chairs.

Bank card guarantee

In the case of a reservation, we ask for a bank card guarantee from our dear guests. For the card data (card owner, number, validity) for the reservation guarantee

we need, we carry out pre-loading in the highlighted and frequented periods on the card. The hotel reserves the right to authorize the credit card provided as a guarantee prior to arrival. Authorization is not a payment!

Cancellation policy

In the case of individual orders, the ordered service can be canceled free of charge two days before arrival. In the case of special periods and individual packages, the cancellation conditions may differ from this.

Cancellation fee

In case of cancellation within two days prior to arrival, or if the Guest does not arrive ("No show"), the customer must pay the cost of the first night as a cancellation fee.

We can only accept changes to reservations and orders in writing.

The entire area of our hotel is NON-SMOKING!

In case of smoking, our hotel charges a fee of HUF 30,000!

Payment on arrival!

Payment methods: cash, credit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, AMEX), Szép Kártya.

We can only accept the card to pay for hotel accommodation. Other service

(e.g.: breakfast, drink bar, IFA, etc...) our dear guests cannot use the Szép card.
